Screening Surprise Ghostbusters: Safelife has been held in Cinemacon – and those who are fortunate enough have been unanimously in their praise for the sequel.

Pictures Sony, though, was more surprising under his sleeve as part of a three-hour long Cinemacon presentation – one of which included an unexpected early screening of Ghostbusters: Afterlife.

The Cinemacon participants, including journalists based in US, are some of the first fans of the film to see the sequel that will come before the November release. Judging by the reaction of social media after screening, it seems that Ghostbusters: Safelife may be a decent sequel for the first two installments in the franchise.
The director of the author Ben Mekler was one of the first to offer his thoughts on the film, proclaiming that afterwards was the sequel that “fans have been waiting”:
The TheWrap Film Editor Beatrice Verhoeven revealed that he was “surprised” by Afterlife before praising his humor, which is a good component of the good ghostbusters film:
The founder of the Hollywood Critics Association Ben Menzel praised the film as “nostalgia was done correctly”, said that the blend of the “classic ghostbusters” with a new approach would appeal to old fans and newcomers.
